Shipping Policy

It may take up to 1-3 business days to process and ship your order after your payment is verified. After that, delivery time within the United States is 7-10 business days or 1-2 business days depending on the shipment method you choose. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Returns Policy

How can I exchange or return a product at Miss Curvas?

To initiate a return or exchange for eligible products purchased through Miss Curvas, please send your item back via mail (postal service). You may request an exchange within the first 10 days of receipt. Each return or exchange will be considered on an individual basis under the following terms:

  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned in optimal condition, including original tags and packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged beyond repair.
  • Return Window: Customers must contact Miss Curvas within 10 days of receipt to initiate an exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Final Sale Items: Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your choices carefully, especially when selecting sizes.
  • Hygiene Protocol: Due to the intimate nature of some items, they should be tried on over underwear, and the protective panty provided must be used. Items must be free from odors, body fluids, or residues of hygiene products.
  • Assessment Process: Upon receipt, Miss Curvas will conduct a thorough inspection of the returned items. A determination on your return or exchange request will be communicated within 20 business days.
  • Limitations: Only one exchange is allowed per purchase. To ensure accuracy in sizing and avoid further exchanges, please seek size guidance before ordering. Temporary credits issued may not be applied to subsequent returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds: No monetary refunds are available.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs required for product inspection at our facilities. For international returns outside of Mexico and the United States, shipping costs are approximately $50.00 USD. For national returns within Mexico and the United States, shipping costs are approximately $15.00 USD.
  • Reporting Damages: If your product arrives damaged, contact Miss Curvas within three days of delivery to report the issue and provide evidence of the damage. If the claim is verified, Miss Curvas will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged product.

This policy ensures that all returns and exchanges at Miss Curvas are handled efficiently and fairly, maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

NOTICE: For exchanges or credit to be processed, please adhere to the following guidelines: If the item does not appear to fit or is the wrong size, please refrain from trying it on. Our garments are crafted from delicate materials that could bend if overly stretched.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Returns Reserved Rights

Miss Curvas reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customer at any time due to:

- An irregular or excessive returns history
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Similarly, Miss Curvas reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


Miss Curvas is NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees Miss Curvas requires will be shown to you with the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
